Nipple will bleed because of the chaffing with the shirt. Basically too much rubbing of the delicate part against the clothing. The solution is to tape it, or rub vaselin, or wear tight fitting shirt

But is normal lah,put vaselin,or wear good quality of shirt,or use plaster loh,for me is will not happen,cause I sweat less even ultra.depend on different ppls.may be run topless..haha..like many singapore guys...!!
